Dear customers, against this background and as the head of KDDI in Germany I like to thank you for your confidence.

The subsidiary (KDDI Deutschland GmbH), which is based in Dusseldorf, has opened its office in April 1992. During 24 years per now many Japanese customers are using the network infrastructure in Germany and over the border on a global outreach.

Since 2014 the two entities, KDDI Deutschland GmbH and Telehouse Deutschland GmbH, have been combined with one management. We are offering high performing ICT-solutions on a local and as desired on an international base, wherever our customers want to use our infrastructures and services. Telehouse provides organisations with colocation and an IaaS platform including server, network and connectivity infrastructure. KDDI contributes long year telecommunication-/IT experience, profound technical knowledge and delivers managed services plus hardware components for the ICT solutions. A multi-home platform makes various network partners available to connect and gain access to KDDI`s global network. System integration is a core strength customers are benefiting from. Where required, KDDI`s team acts as an IT service partner on site at the customer premises.

The bundling of the infrastructure and service offers arising from the integration of the two firms in Germany gives our customers qualitative advantages. More and more of our existing Telehouse customers are using KDDI’s managed services and network capacity with scalable bandwidth. For new customers the opportunity is very attractive to have all delivered from one hand up from the beginning of the customer relation. This pre-requisite sets us in a strong market position due to this competitive advantage.
